一、【系统结构】
1、系统模块化，自由组合。共分为设备管理端、高值扫码工作站、供应商供采通云平台三部分，三端业务实现互联互通；
2、医用耗材系统支持线上、线下两种供货模式所有字典录入工作都由供应商完成（支持证件扫描件的管理）；
系统支持多院区、多仓库管理
1、供应商管理（字典维护、供货送货）：
a)供应商按顺序依次填报供应商信息（上传供应商资质及相关扫描件）→填报生产厂家信息（上传生产厂家资质及相关扫描件）→填报材料字典信息（上传产品注册证、授权书及相关扫描件）→医院审核供应商资质→医院审核产品资质→医院发送订单→供应商接受订单→供应商送货→医院扫码备货入科室二级库虚拟库
2、高值管理流程：
a)科室发起高值备货申请→护士长提交审核→设备处审核高值备货计划→一键发送高值计划给供应商→供应商接受计划通知（微信通知、平台查看订单）→供应商送货到设备科→设备科高值扫码备货→科室打勾确认收货→科室高值扫码使用→与HIS收费对接（自动实现计费，核减库存）→设备科审核→设备科一级库一键式生成出入库记录
