在外地看病医保怎么报销
1、转诊报备：社保缴纳人员需要在本地的医保中心进行转诊报备手续的办理;
2、提交材料：社保缴纳人员需要向医保中心提供相对应的出院记录、发票、费用清单这些有关的材料;
3、审批结算：医保中心需要依据社保缴纳人员所上传的材料进行审批，并根据一定的比例计算出报销金额;
4、发放资金：在医保中心审批结束以后会将报销的金额打进社保缴纳人员相匹配的银行账户中。
异地就医报销的3种情况
1、长期在外地定居：长期在外地定居的人员可以分成三大类，主要是外地安置的离休人员、长期定居工作人员以及长驻外地的人员。这些人的医疗保险报销需要在本地申请办理异地医保，以后就可以在外地进行正常的报销结算;
2、转诊异地就医：这种人需要拥有县级以上医院门诊出具的转诊证明，而且在本地办理好就医报备手续以后，可以进行报销结算;
3、外地出行就诊：这样的事情需要提早联络本地的社保中心进行异地医保的报备，不然也是不可以进行报销的。
哪些情况医保没法报销
1、医疗保险已断缴：医保一旦断交，医疗保险待遇就享不到了。针对职工医保断缴，要不是企业过错造成断交，一般情形下个人是无法自主补交医疗保险的，只有寻找新企业后重续上;针对城镇医保和新农合，有一些地区适用补交，但是补交有时间限定，要尽快办理;
2、医保缴费时间不足：通常而言，职工要持续缴纳三个月医疗保险，才可以享有医保报销的待遇，城镇医保和新农合要在社保缴纳的年度才可以享有医保待遇;
3、药物不在报销范畴内：医疗保险是有报销范畴的，并非是全部药物和健康服务都能报销医疗保险的，在治病与配药以前一定要找医生咨询，确定是不是能报销;
4、需要工伤保险担责的：如果是因为工伤意外造成的医疗费，这一钱没有在医疗保险承担区域内，仅有工伤保险才可以归因于工伤问题，这类状况可以咨询人力资源局劳动局，提出工伤申请。
