中央机关及其直属机构2023年度考试录用公务员笔试重新选择（确认）考试地点或放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费） 操作指南
一、如何重新选择（确认）考试地点？
报考者重新选择（确认）考试地点流程为：登录报名确认及准考证打印系统->阅读重新选择（确认）考试地点或放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）须知->重新选择（确认）考试地点->确认提交。
1.登录报名确认及准考证打印系统
报考者登录“中央机关及其直属机构2023年度考试录用公务员专题网站”（http://bm.scs.gov.cn/kl2023），选择“考生考务入口”（或直接访问报名确认及准考证打印系统网址http://gwy.cpta.com.cn），进入报名确认及准考证打印系统登录页面，通过报名序号和身份证号即可登录。
2.阅读须知
报考者登录系统后，仔细阅读《重新选择（确认）考试地点或放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）须知》，阅读完毕后，点击“重新选择（确认）考试地点”按钮；
注意：考试地点默认为初始选择的考点城市，如无需调整，则不用进行任何操作。
3.重新选择（确认）考试地点
点击“重新选择（确认）考试地点”按钮后，进入选择考试地点页面，根据页面显示，选择省（区、市），选择考点城市。若报考的职位含专业科目，仅可在设置专业科目的考试地点参加考试。若考点城市为灰色，该考点城市容量已满，不可选择。
4.确认提交重新选择（确认）考试地点
（1）选择完成后，仔细阅读须知内容，点击页面下方“我已阅知并同意”，点击“确认提交”按钮，系统弹出确认提示，请仔细阅读，按提示操作。
（2）点击“确认”后，系统显示考试地点重选结果。
二、如何放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）？
报考者放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）流程为：登录报名确认及准考证打印系统->阅读重新选择（确认）考试地点或放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）须知->放弃参加本次笔试（申请退费）->确认提交。（方法同上）
确认放弃参加本次笔试即为提交退费申请，经审核后按当地考试机构有关要求办理退费等后续事项。
