2、登录进去之后，在在线经办栏目找到养老金身份认证，然后我们按照上面的流程，进行养老保险认证就可以了。
二、养老保险认证不通过是为什么
1、每年的养老保险认证是有时间限制的，如果我们要认证的话就必须要在指定的时间里面进行认证，如果超出这个时间的话，那么就会认证失败。
2、系统升级导致养老保险认证不通过，遇到这种情况的话，我们可以等待一段时间后申请认证或者通过线下渠道来完成养老待遇资格的认证。
3、系统中储存的照片与咱们的真人相似度过低，那么我们在人脸识别的时候就会出现认证不通过的情况，可以选择更换新的照片。
三、养老保险认证一年认证几次
一次。
符合领取养老金条件的退休人员应一年至少进行一次认证，,每次认证时间间隔不超过12个月，全年都可以进行办理，如果超过时间没有进行认证的话，那么会对我们领取养老金造成影响。
养老保险认证分为无固定期认证信息采集和固定期限认证信息采集两个方式，无固定期认证信息采集一年认证一次，固定期限认证信息采集一般为3月至8月底。
